Khalifa St. Fort runs to US #1 11.39 (+2.2) at the T&T Carifta Trials
Florida High School sprint sensation Khalifa St. Fort opened up her outdoor season with a sensational win in the 100m at the 2016 CARIFTA trials in Trinidad and Tobago going 11.39 (+2.2). This is currently US #1.
Displaying one of her signature trademarks, a superb drive phase, Khalifa quickly distanced herself from the competition as she eased across the line to signifiy she is ready to challenge for a spot in @RIO2016.
The 2015 World Championship bronze medalist in the 4x100m Relay, UCLA Bruin recruit, World Youth 100m silver medalist, Golden South 100m Champion and Pan Am Junior 100m Champion coached by Ato Boldon will compete today in the 200m at Hasely Crawford Stadium in Trinidad and Tobago.
